DETAILS;

Postage: 

Where possible all items will be shipped out within 2 working days of purchase. In busy periods such as November & December please allow a little extra time for shipping. Shipping rates start at $5 and will include tracking. If you wish to purchase express shipping that option will be available at your expense. 

If you purchase an item specified as a preorder, please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be dispatched. Custom orders or requests to change colours and designs could have a 2-3week waiting period. 

Missing Orders: 

Australia post shipping can take up to 10 days. You will be notified via email when an item has been shipped. If you have not received it within the 10 days, please advise so we can follow up with Australia Post. 

Sold Out Items & Restock: 

If you notice an item is sold out, it is simply because i have none in stock. I am constantly remaking and will update the website accordingly. In most cases any item i have listed on the webpage will be restocked.

Custom Order: 

If you have a special request or would like to alter parts of a current design please make contact via email elliartdesigns@gmail.com 

For special events please allow enough time for custom orders.
